We are Open
Considering the First Ministers announcement yesterday introducing National lockdown restrictions across the Scottish Mainland, Arc Fleet Services working to Government Guidelines will remain very much open for business.
The nature of our business permits us to remain open, (Vehicle Hire and Vehicle Repair Services).
Adhering to Government Coronavirus Health and Safety guidelines, Our Vehicle Hire, Accident Repair, Vehicle Servicing and MOT services will continue to be provided.
Following Government advice, we will allow staff where possible to work from home. Ongoing hire and repair bookings will continue as normal, customers enquiries etc will be actioned but please allow more time as our office will have reduced staff numbers.
We will still be able to offer delivery and collection services for our Vehicle Hire and Accident Repair services but again lead times may be slightly longer due to the ongoing restrictions.
Our operating hours through the lockdown restriction period will 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
Our Emergency breakdown service will still be operated 24 hours per day.
